Appointment Scheduling Instructions

To schedule an appointment using a computer or mobile device, please visit the website:

•Select the button: “Ε-Application Registration” (visit planning)

• Then select: “proceed with the e-application”

• Indicate your citizenship (e.g., Citizen of Georgia)

• Choose the country and the embassy where you wish to book the appointment

(e.g., Cyprus, Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Cyprus)

• In the services field, enter a keyword (e.g., “biometric passport,” “ID card,” or another service), then click “Next”

• Select your preferred date and time and click the “Next” button

• Enter the personal details of the person who will receive the service, review the terms and conditions for booking an appointment, select “I agree,” and click “Next”

• On the summary page, review the information and, if correct, check the box “I am not a robot,” then click “Submit application”

• If the appointment is successfully scheduled, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your application has been received

Attention!

While completing the application, please check the email address you provided, where you will receive the appointment confirmation message.

You can schedule a visit to the consulate every Friday.
