During the meeting, the parties underscored the friendly and partnership-based relations between Georgia and Cyprus and highlighted the potential for further enhancing bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism.
It was noted that Georgia and Cyprus, both being attractive tourist destinations, have significant potential to deepen cooperation in this sector. The sides expressed their interest in strengthening communication both between the relevant government institutions and between private sector representatives active in the tourism industry.
The parties agreed to continue their cooperation with a view to promoting the tourism potential of both countries and facilitating the exchange of best practices and experience in the tourism sector.
