During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for further cooperation aimed at promoting the tourism potential of both countries. Particular attention was given to Georgia’s cultural heritage, the historical ties between Georgia and Cyprus, and the close people-to-people relations between the two nations.
The parties agreed to organize a number of joint initiatives involving members of the Society, including travel writers and journalists, which will contribute to the broader promotion of Georgia’s diverse tourism potential.
